My grandfather's nickname was "The Bear", and after his passing in 2018, I began baking as a way to cope with my anxiety. When the opportunity arose to rebrand, I couldn't go past incorporating the man that always believed in me and told me to chase my dreams; in a business that gave me back my life and my freedom.
